Our story
One truck, and a phone that still rings to the owner
Sammy started Memphis Air Care in 2011, working out of one truck in Southaven and taking the refrigeration and mechanical calls that came in along Goodman Road. The reputation grew the way trade reputations do: one restaurant, one walk-in, one honest quote at a time.
Over 15 years that truck became a dual-licensed shop. Sammy holds Mississippi licenses for both mechanical/refrigeration and electrical work, so the crew that sets a rooftop unit can run its power and pipe its gas without waiting on a subcontractor.
What hasn't changed is who answers the phone. Sammy still picks up when a call escalates. Cecilia Martinez runs dispatch and keeps the schedule moving, and the technicians came up under Sammy, trained the way he works: diagnose it honestly, price it in writing, finish the job clean.
How we work
Three things we don't change
Honest quotes, in writing
You get the price before any work begins. Repair first, and a replacement only when it saves you money.
In-house everything
Mechanical, refrigeration, gas and electrical are self-performed. No subcontractors means one company accountable from diagnosis to commissioning.
