Maintenance Plans
The cheapest repair is the one you never need. Our maintenance plans catch small problems before they become breakdowns — bi-annual for homes, quarterly for commercial — with priority service and member discounts.
Most expensive breakdowns are preventable. A dirty coil, a weak capacitor, a low charge, or a clogged drain doesn't fail on a mild day — it fails on the hottest or coldest one, at the worst possible time. Our maintenance plans catch those before they strand you.
Residential members get spring and fall tune-ups: coil cleaning, refrigerant check, electrical and safety inspection, drain clearing, and a written report. Commercial members get quarterly (or scheduled) PM matched to their equipment list — RTUs, refrigeration, kitchen ventilation — with a deficiency report after every visit.
Every plan includes the things that actually save you money: priority scheduling (members go to the front of the line), no overtime charges on after-hours member calls, and 15% off any repairs. It pays for itself the first time it keeps you from an emergency on a holiday weekend.

For most owners, yes. The tune-ups catch the small failures that cause expensive breakdowns, and the priority scheduling plus 15% repair discount typically pays back the plan the first time you'd otherwise be waiting in a peak-season queue.
