Commercial Electrical

Most HVAC companies subcontract their electrical work. We don't. Sammy holds Mississippi electrical license #26772-MC, so we pull permits, set panels, and run equipment circuits ourselves — start to finish, one crew.

We handle the electrical side of commercial facilities: service entrances and panel upgrades, three-phase distribution, dedicated equipment circuits for HVAC and refrigeration, lighting and LED retrofits, generator wiring, and the code corrections that show up on inspection and insurance punch lists.

Because we also do the mechanical work, the equipment circuits, disconnects, and controls wiring for your rooftop units, walk-ins, and kitchen equipment are handled by the same crew that sets the equipment — no scheduling two contractors and hoping they coordinate.

Every job is permitted and inspected through the proper jurisdiction. We don't do back-pocket fixes, and you get the inspection sign-off in hand.

Commercial Electrical FAQ

Yes — Mississippi electrical license #26772-MC, held in-house alongside our mechanical license. We pull permits and our work is inspected.

That's exactly the point of the dual license — one crew sets the equipment and runs the power, disconnects, and controls. No coordinating two separate contractors.
