AI-assisted estimates

Our estimate tool may use an artificial-intelligence service to analyze the details and any photos you submit and produce a preliminary price range. This range is an estimate only — it is not a binding quote, and a licensed technician confirms your final price after a site visit. The information you submit (your description, service type, and photos) is sent to our AI provider solely to generate that estimate. We do not use your submissions to train public AI models.

Service providers we use

We share information only with the vendors that help us run the site and respond to you, under their respective terms:

• Supabase — secure database and file storage for your request and any uploaded photos.
• Resend — to deliver email notifications and confirmations.
• Anthropic — the AI service that generates preliminary estimate ranges from your submission.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texting at any time by replying STOP or telling our office.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, then dispose of it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (including access controls and encrypted connections) to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, by reaching out using the details below. We will honor reasonable requests as required by law.

Children

This site is for adults requesting home or business services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
