A rooftop unit set by helicopter

Setting a rooftop unit on a downtown deck sometimes means closing the street and flying it in. Our crew was on the roof to land it, set it, and tie it into the mechanical, refrigeration, gas and electrical it runs on, in-house from start to commissioning.

Questions

Do you service rooftop units for stores and offices?

Yes. Packaged rooftop units are the core of our commercial work. We repair every major brand and handle crane-set replacements when a unit is beyond economical repair.

Can you handle the electrical and gas for a new unit?

Yes. We are licensed in Mississippi (mechanical #24339-SC, electrical #26772-MC) and in Tennessee, so the disconnect, the power, and the gas piping are done by our crew.

Do you offer commercial maintenance contracts?

Yes. Quarterly or scheduled preventive maintenance is matched to your equipment list, and pricing scales with unit count and visit frequency.

Do you do LED lighting retrofits?

Yes. Commercial lighting and LED retrofits are part of our licensed electrical work, quoted by fixture count.
